Darren Cheng has been the CEO of Direct Funeral Services for more than a decade. Under his supervision, he and his team have impacted more than 15,000 families. Today, Direct Funeral Services is the leader in bereavement care. He also holds a master's in counselling and has created various tools to help clients cope with grief. He has written three books on the topic of grief for children and is passionate about helping children navigate loss.
