# Lunch Talk: "After me, you come first."

This ticketed lunchtime session, led by death doula Angel Ng, offers a compassionate introduction to accompanying loved ones in their final stage of life. Drawing on key insights from her training and her personal experience of being a caregiver to her parents until the end of their lives, Angel will share insights on being single in this role, the aftermath of loss and the importance of personal rituals. 

Participants will be invited into a guided conversation to reflect on their own experiences, concerns, and questions around death and dying. The session aims to gently open up dialogue, encourage mutual support, and prompt consideration of how we can prepare ourselves and support others. This is a reflective and supportive space for anyone seeking to better understand how to show up for loved ones at the end of life. A simple meal will be provided for participants and facilitators during the session.

**Angel Ng** is a Grief & Emotional Healing Practitioner who facilitates workshops, Women’s Circles and group experiences around grief, stress, anxiety and emotional wellbeing.

She believes healing is inseparable from how we live, love, grieve and relate to ourselves. At the heart of her work is the belief that when we become more emotionally available to ourselves, we are better able to show up for the people and relationships that matter to us.

Drawing from modalities including Intention Tapping, Reiki, EFT, meditation and energy work, Angel creates compassionate and grounded spaces for people to explore their emotions, reconnect with themselves and have conversations about the things we don’t always talk about.

Angel is a Certified Intention Tapping Practitioner, Usui Reiki Practitioner and trained End-of-Life Doula, and holds a Grief Care Professional Certificate.

Through her work, she invites people to remember a simple but often forgotten truth: After me, you come first.
