Grief Café offers a gentle, welcoming space for those experiencing loss to come together in shared understanding. Led by trained grief counsellors, the session invites open conversation in a calm, café-like setting where participants may share or simply listen.

With a light-touch approach, it centres on connection, reflection, and quiet support — creating room for comfort, solidarity, and small steps toward healing.

**Assisi Hospice** provides holistic palliative care for patients and families, supporting dignity and quality of life regardless of race, faith or financial circumstances. Care is provided through inpatient, day and home care, alongside bereavement support. Founded in 1969, the hospice serves about 3,500 patients annually with support from donors, volunteers and partners.

The Grief and Bereavement Care Team comprises professional counsellors and therapists who specialise in grief work and who understand the needs of the bereaved.
